Mattress Firm Return & Exchange Policy
At AKMattresses.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your mattress purchase. If you're not happy with your mattress, please review the following return and exchange policy:
Full returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery or pickup date.
A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returned mattresses.
Mattresses must be in clean, undamaged condition to qualify for return. Any stains, odors, or signs of misuse may disqualify the return.
A mattress protector must be purchased at the time of mattress purchase to qualify for a return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, minus the restocking fee.
Exchanges are allowed within 60 days from the delivery or pickup date.
A mattress protector must be purchased with the mattress at the time of sale to qualify for an exchange.
If you exchange for a mattress of similar value, there are no additional charges.
If you exchange for a more expensive mattress, the customer will need to pay the price difference.
If the exchange is for a less expensive mattress, the customer will receive store credit for the price difference.
All accessories (such as pillows, sheets, etc.) and adjustable bases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please review your purchase carefully before buying any accessories or adjustable bases.

Delivery fees are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund or store credit.
